- Let's do a product study: we will explore the audience and conduct a JTBD interview. Let's build the client's path at the COM workshop;
- Let's sketch a rough ux/ui that will take into account all user scenarios, including negative ones;
- We will find bottlenecks, barriers and problems and figure out how to overcome them;
- We will create an effective ux/ui taking into account insights, expertise and experience working with the largest banks;
- A Middle+ level team with experience in banking projects will work on the project;
- We will develop native applications on Swift and Kotlin or a cross-platform application on Flutter. Read more about Flutter here;
- Let's build up the work with the backend. If necessary, we will write a middleware layer;
- We will set up integrations with internal banking systems (CRM, ERP, ABS) and external resources;
- We employ 15+ QA engineers with experience in testing e-commerce applications;
- We will carry out load testing and performance optimization;
- We will help you cover up to 80% of scenarios with autotests — this will allow you to quickly check applications for errors and simulate any scenarios;
- Let's set up a test environment, integrate autotests with the auto-assembly environment (CI);
- We will conduct a security audit. Your mobile app for the online store will meet all standards;
- Let's speed up the rollout to 90% using DevOps;
- We will continue to support the project. We will carefully transfer the project to inhouse if you decide to support the project on your own. We document all projects in detail and make the code as easy to understand as possible, thereby reducing the entry threshold for new developers;
